  3. The Japanese have many holidays here are some listed bellow. • SETSUBUN-February third: bean throwing is observed to scare demons away. • NEWYEAR- the most important holiday of the year. On this holiday people: • Announce the passing of the old year to new year • Eat long noodles called • Soba and mochi dumplings made of boiled rice filled with Japanese icecream

  4. Some weird facts about Japan • The Japanese do not celebrate Christmas but they still put up Christmas lights ! Why? ,because they like looking at the twinkley lights • It is a tradition to eat K.F.C on Christmas at midnight. People reserve a bucket three months in advance! • It is a life time ambition to climb Mount Fugi once for many Japanese people, but to climb it twice would be foolish.
