We focus on building capacity through tailored training and establishing a network of former students. The initiative supports the 10-Year Implementation Plan of GEOSS and addresses key societal benefit areas including disaster reduction, climate change, water management, and weather forecasting. Deliverables include annual meetings and training sessions designed to enhance stakeholder capacities and engagement in water resource management.
