  2. 1/3 cup Ricotta Cheese • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese • 10 slices Pepperoni • 1-10 oz. Pkg. Refrigerator Biscuits • ½ cup Pizza sauce INGREDIENTS

  3. 1. Preheat oven to 375*F • 2. Mix cheeses and pepperoni together in medium size bowl • 3. Flatten biscuits into 4” rounds • 4. Place ½ Tablespoon of filling on bottom half of biscuit and top with sauce • 5. Fold top half of biscuit over filling, press edges together with fork to seal. DIRECTIONS

  4. 6. Pierce top of calzone with fork three times • 7. Place on a baking sheet • 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown • 9. Remove from oven and enjoy
