Suspect: Sarah Sauté We thought it was chip turnover because he had a pastry school and tony took it all away from him .but now we know it was Sarah sauté because She had a substance that no one else had: cornstarch The only motive she had was that she wanted to win. The evidence that shows it was her is: both her cornstarch and the suspects mixture got gooey when mixed with Iodine, and had a similar ph level which were 7 and 8 also both felt sandy and both clumped together
