  6. The Role of Each Team Member • Club President • Presides over all team meetings • Assist other team members in completing task • Communicates with the club members • Actively Participate in all Zone Club Excellence Activites

  7. The Role of Each Team Member • We serve Expert • Complete a Community Needs Assessment • Promote One New Hands-On project • Evaluate effectiveness of current Service Projects • Attend Club Success Training

  10. First step to Success • Determine the health of the club • Each Club Member is to complete the “Rate Your Club” survey

  11. Second step to club success • Complete the Community needs Assessment • Review Current Service Projects for Relevance

  12. “And The Envelop Please…” • Tabulate results of the survey and Needs Assessment • Conduct a Club Retreat to discuss results and formulate Plan of Action

  13. Communicate, Communicate, communicate… • Share survey results with • club Success Coach, • Region Chair, • District Membership Chair • District Governor

  14. Signs of Club Health… • Monthly Membership Gain • Decrease in membership average age • One new Hands-On Service Project • Club represented at all zone, region and state meetings • Assist with formation of one new club in the zone
