Investigation of FORCA Mutations and Their Impact on Treatment Outcomes

DESCRIPTION

This study focuses on the effects of various mutations (FORCA-3mutA, B, C; FORCA-4; FORCA-5; FORCA-6) on treatment efficacy. Time points for the experiment were set at 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, and 8:00 hours post-treatment. We analyzed the response at multiple intervals (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 hours after treatment) to assess mutation-specific effects on cell viability and therapeutic responses. Our findings aim to enhance understanding of these mutations and their clinical implications in response to therapies.
