Impact of Dasatinib and Etoposide on ALDH1-Positive Cell Proportions in Cancer Treatment
DESCRIPTION
This study investigates the effects of Dasatinib and Etoposide at a concentration of 0.1μM on the proportion of ALDH1-positive cells. The data compares control groups with and without DEAB, revealing that treatment with Dasatinib and Etoposide resulted in ALDH1-positive cell proportions of 5.25% and 3.49%, respectively. In contrast, control groups exhibited significantly lower proportions of ALDH1-positive cells, highlighting the influence of these drugs on cancer cell populations and suggesting potential pathways for enhancing cancer therapies.
