River valleys! • The fist complex river valley was in Tigris Euphrates and Nile, then the Indus valley later China’s hung river!
Farmers floods • This was really hard for farms to control when the flood was going to come. Students would have to work outside.
Ancient Sumerians • The definition to cuneiform is considered the earliest form of written language and expression! The definition to rebus is a puzzle in witch words are represented by combinations of pictures and individual letters. Why was it so important to develop writing because writing is one of the most proud important gifts we are given!
Inventions • How do we use inventions today? Well anything digital requires Maxwell's equations on electromagnetism.
Gilgamesh • I have never read the book, but I read the link that Mrs. Geib found and found a part that I liked. The gods looked down and decided that Gilgamesh needed a challenge. They created a really wild man, who was stronger and faster than Gilgamesh. They named their creation Enkidu.

Hammurabi • Who was Hammurabi? He was the • King of Babylon! What kind of • Leader was Hammurabi? He holds the claim and restoring order and justice to Mesopotamia! Hammurabi’s code was so important because he just wanted peace and justice to his kingdom! It was for his say • He made 282 laws because he said that everything had to be fair!
Weapons • Who was the first person to create iron weapons? The Assyrians, Hittites, Sumerians, Babylonians, Hebrews, and Phoenicians. Egyptians were the first to figure out iron metal. Who were the first to dominate other cultures? The Romans were the ones that had really good techniques.
7 wonders • Babylon is a city in Mesopotamia and Babylon was one of the 7 wonders. The 7 wonders are; The Colossus of Rhodes, The Great Pyramid of Giza, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon, The Lighthouse of Alexandria, The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, The Statue of Zeus at Olympia, and The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus.
