  7. Portal goals • To increase the transparency of public money, using language people understand, in a single website • To provide information for audit and corruption prevention actions • To empower NGOs and individuals to oversee on public spending

  8. Portal features • Provides free information, no registration or passwords required • 100% on web: no need of installing additional software Requirements to build up the Portal • Computer based budget system • Financial operations through the banking system
