  2. Beginning with testing the quality of a product, you have to firstly ensure that what do you mean by quality? Why do you need to give quality products to the customers? Something that has a value and can determine the stability of a product or service is termed a quality. For example, you went to a clothing store to purchase an outfit. Will you buy it before checking it properly? Of course not! You will check the cloth material, size, color, and other elements to ensure that the outfit is perfect for you.

  3. Similarly, this ritual goes for software applications too. You need to achieve quality to attract the customers for your business. When I was a beginner in this field, I used to face a lot of problems regarding the ​quality assurance and to create a ‘bug-free’ software system.

  4. Later, I have understood that giving good quality products to customers helps to boost sales. If a customer is satisfied with the software project, he can recommend the product to his known individuals. Thus, quality assurance is important for the software development process. You have to test whether the user interface design is appropriate or not. You have to check the usability of the application and other design elements. Now, you might be thinking that what is the scope of doing software testing again and again? You have to understand that the time and cost are the factors that you need to focus on providing good customer services. So, there is a scope of software testing as it saves your time to resolve errors later. The process of the testing software product is going on for many years. It is a part of the software development process that needs to be done. If there are errors or bugs left in the software it may create problems for the clients later. So, you can use different testing methods for this such as manual software testing and automated software testing​​.

  5. You can use any of these testing methods according to the budget and resources you have. Quality assurance will help your business to grow and frequently you can increase the productivity of your business.
