ELA Update • Made payment of $208,357 which is part of this biennium and all of the 09-11 biennium • DAS will set up a steering committee • Dennis is working on a process to approve additional software • Kickoff meeting with ESRI and DAS for the EEAP • ODOT’s share of the credits will be 21.7 • Using some of the DAS EEAP credits to help IS with server stability issues • ODOT’s ESRI technical contacts are Chuck Jenkins and Chad Nielsen from IS

  3. ODOT EEAP Update • Developed IAA amendment to allow purchase of EEAP • Will include 100 hours from an ESRI Technical Advisor and 100 Learning & Services Credits (around 200 hours) • Potential uses: training, technical assistance for Tripcheck, technical assistance for ODOT GIS server infrastructure and technical assistance for GIS application structure
