  6. １於新聞條列區按滑鼠右鍵 ２滑鼠左鍵點選”維護議員新聞中心”

  7. 1新增 11議員新聞中心 ２輸入新聞標題 ３輸入發文者 ４開啓 5儲存

  9. 11議員新聞中心 發佈新聞稿

  10. 11議員新聞中心 可快點兩下選取發送群組 • 若發送群組為空資料僅會發佈至議會之新聞中心網頁中 • 若群組信箱不為空則可以進入郵件地址挑選畫面 勾選後及可以發送至市議會之新聞中心呈現於網頁內

  11. 11議員新聞中心 新聞發送至媒體信箱 • 若發送群組為空資料僅會發佈至議會之新聞中心網頁中 • 若群組信箱不為空則可以進入郵件地址挑選畫面 勾選後及可以發送至市議會之新聞中心呈現於網頁內

  12. 11議員新聞中心--郵件地址挑選畫面 即時發送至選取信箱 如果您設定排程時間，系統會以你設定的日期為準發送信件，並且同步議員心中的發佈時間 設定時間發送至選取信箱
