This course will help you to understand all aspects of Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at workplaces based on the handbook on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 Government of India, Ministry of Women and Child Development, November 2015. The focus of the e-learning program is to create awareness on sexual harassment, provide you with a concrete understanding about PoSH and enlighten the learners about the redressal procedures. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN FROM THE POSH COURSE? The PoSH course, you will discover how you can handle sexual harassment issues and complaints. This hands-on training addresses the elements of handling and prevention of unacceptable behavior. You will also get a detailed overview of the 'The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal)' or the PoSH Act 2013. The training also covers basic topics like 'What is sexual harassment?' and various actions that may be categorized as sexual harassment.
