  3. Annotator Screen Level 1: Deposition Summary • Filter (This is essential when one covers duty for another one. They all have read and write access on all the entries.) Global filter plus individual filter for each tab. • Default tabs (list PROC and entries for corrections which were assigned to login person only, Filtered entries shown the ones based on filter query when cover for other person). It is annotators’ understanding that when depositors send corrections through deposition website after processing, there will be a notification to annotators. The second tab “Author’s Corrections” is the list of entries which depositors has sent corrections. The pdb id is four alphanumerical characters. Deposition id TBD. The PROC table should pre-sorted by REL in Auth Status, then by Deposition date.

  4. It is annotators’ understanding that when depositors send corrections through deposition website after processing, there will be a notification to annotators. The second tab “Author’s Corrections” is the list of entries which depositors has sent corrections. Level 2 TBD: date, content (header, sequence, coordinates, etc.)

Annotator Screen Level 2: Workflow Summary & Status by Unique IDs • System requirements: • Upload and download files should be available in case of escape route • Can have multiple interface views by selected IDs • Dynamic update • Individual window pop up for each ID, not in the tab, nor in the same window • Level 1 window stays while accessing level 2 • Order of the tasks TBD: some could be parallel, some could be in serial. Some may need to be in specific order.
