Using Committees to Plan Several Potential Methods: • Separate Committee for Each Standard (15 Committees) (Recommended) • Separate Committee for Each Division (3 committees) • One Committee for Whole POA (often officer team)
How to get started • Forms • POA-1 – used to present activities to the chapter for approval • POA-2 – used to further plan each activity • POA-3 – used to record activities of each committee • POA-4 – used to evaluate each activity after completion
