  1. How to extract maple sap from tree and make it syrup? Introduction: Maple syrup is well-known for its health benefits. If it is affordable, a good substitute of refined white sugar. It has nutrients like minerals and antioxidants. Since it is 100% pure and plant based product, it can be used in vegan diet. Therefore, it is used as ingredients for many vegan recipes for healthy delicious diet. For such type of food it works as good as honey.

  2. How maple syrup is produced and where does it come from? This is a matter of curiosity for those who are conscious for what they eat apart from taste and the source of edible food products. Almost all the species of maple tree are found in the north of northern hemisphere. The best time to extract sap from tree is after winter and before summer. The time period is scientifically good for obtaining surplus amount of maple sap. Steps: 1.Firstly a surgical cut is made on the bark of the maple tree stem. The process is called tapping of maple tree. 2.By drilling machine it is drilled deeper. 3.A tube is designed to direct the flow of the dribbling sap. 4.Now a container is placed to contain the collected liquid. 5.Now the collected sap is all set to be sent for processing in sugar house. 6.In the sugar building it is boiled till evaporation. 7.After evaporation, it becomes concentrated and darker. 8.By now, it becomes the maple syrup from maple sap. It is sent for the inspection for quality test and grade. Finally, the end product thus produced is sealed in bottle for commercial selling.
