Team Functioning: Analyzing the Case Step 1: Read the case • Read thoroughly, underlining or highlighting pieces of information that you think are significant to understanding the case Step 2: Establish the facts of the case • What are the significant facts of the case? Try to withhold judgment, inferences or evaluation

  12. Team Functioning: Analyzing the Case Step 3: Case Analysis Questions • Describe the problem • How would you describe the interpersonal dynamics on the team? • What are some of the possibilities of why Ms. D behaves in this manner?
