STSP Special District-Provide the STSP with the development of living and service mechanism The STSP has an area amount to 3283 hectare, includes the Park of 1083 hectare, first development accessible district 890 hectare and the exterior farm district. The development of the special district will provide the employees with the demand of living mechanism. It focused on speed-up the Blocks L & M, living service district and LCD professional district. After the completion of main public facilities in 2007, the living mechanism is in hopes of getting better. STSP Special District

  2. Accelerate the overall public constructions-Main access roads. The County government starts the construction of main access roads. 1-60M&2-50M 15-25M The 3-50M & 15-25M road may connect the park and Tai-1 line, Shanhua interchange, to smooth over the traffic jam at Expressway 8 Sinshih interchange. The 1-60M & 2-50M connect to the west side of the STSP, the west side LCD professional district, which is straightforwardly connected with the Anding interchange at the ZhongShan Highway. The construction of road is going to be completed in 2007; each of the districts has access roads, to increase its development accessibility. The base location Book G—located at the east-north and east side of STSP, Nan 137 (Shunhua town San She Rd), both sides of Nan Ko Siraya Avenue and Tai 19 Jia expressway, the area is about 58.49 hectare. Park of the Book I – located at the south side of the STSP mainly, which is closed to the south side of Nan 134(Shinshi township Mingshen Rd) tightly, the area is about 14.29 hectare. Books N & O—located at the east side of the STSP and the west side of the Tai-1 expressway, the areas of them are 51.17 hectare and 60.68 hectare.
