  2. The Training to Become a Yoga Instructor Who can Participate? Yoga is an ancient healing practice which welcomes and embraces all. Therefore, anyone who is keen to make a difference in their lives and health can join the 200 hours yoga teacher certification. However, there is a prerequisite. You must be an enthusiast and keen to learn this art. Also, you should have some understanding of Yoga (a little experience would be preferred). Any type of yoga practice is preferred which may include kundalini, hatha, ashtanga, and iyengar.

  3. The Training to Become a Yoga Instructor What can you expect from the training? You can expect to learn many aspects of yoga through the yoga alliance teacher training program. This program is conducted by the gurus who have mastered the art of yoga and deeply understand its meaning. You will need to maintain strict discipline during the training. You will not be allowed to smoke, drink, and consume meat during the duration of the course. Establishing sexual contact with partners will also be prohibited during this time.
