  2. Reverse Brain DrainRBD WHAT IS RBD? Use “brain” and “connections” of Thai Professionals Living Overseas to help in the Development of Thailand, particularly in science and technology WHY RBD? Quick and Effective way of getting qualified expertise

  3. RBD OUR MISSION: • Promote technology transfer through mission-oriented projects using highly-experienced Thais overseas*** PRIORITY 1 *** • Recruit Thais overseas and facilitate their return to work in state agencies or the private sector using various incentives

RBD WHAT DO WE DO • Identify special projects and Find top people/team (overseas) to fit the needs----------------------------------JOB 1 • Promote and facilitate permanent return of top Thai professionals • Facilitate and coordinate technology transfer through short-term visits and development of technical institution-to-institutionlinkages • Services and Support Functions • Develop databases/RBD Website • Do PR work • Serve as a One-Stop-Office

  5. RBD We Seek: • Team Leaders/Participants in Mission-Oriented Projects • Speakers/organizers in technology transfer activities involving some specific ongoing projects • Permanent top-class returnees for government or private enterprises

  6. RBD TARGET GROUPS • Specialists/Experts: Highly experienced and skilled technically, well-connected, with many productive years left • Beginning Professionals: Recent graduates with some but not much experience
