  2. The objective of this training material is to provide awareness of a technology that assists people who need to move substantial volumes of data between non-networked computers. There is no learning assessment associated with this training presentation. This presentation is a demonstration of the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.   4. SOLUTION • SanDisk™ Cruzer™ is a mini-USB storage device in 250 MB or 1 GB capacities. • Plugs into any USB port. • Most Windows PC’s have the necessary drivers already installed. • Install and use in less than 5 minutes. EDTC560 Tony Urban

  5. 3 STEPS TO SUCCESS • Complete these steps to use your SanDisk™ • Plug the SanDisk™ into your USB port and allow your PC to initialize the flash drive. • Open Explorer and copy your presentation onto SanDisk.™ • Remove the flash drive, install in the target PC’s USB port, then run your presentation.   6. Step #1 • Plug the SanDisk™ into your USB port and allow your PC to initialize the flash drive. • You will notice your hard drive light flash and a pop up window will explain that the PC is loading drivers. EDTC560 Tony Urban

  7. Step #2 • Open Explorer and copy your presentation onto SanDisk.™ • Use Explorer as you normally would to access and copy a file to a different drive. • SanDisk™ becomes your next available named drive. EDTC560 Tony Urban

  8. STEP #3 • Remove the flash drive, install in the target PC, then run your presentation. • An icon may appear in your system tray that you can right click to take additional actions. • Cap the USB connector to transport. EDTC560 Tony Urban
