There’s no need to reschedule your entire day in order to fit in a visit to your local orthodontist, and the process couldn’t be easier. • Just enter some basic information about your teeth, snap a picture of your smile (if you can), and hit submit! You’ll receive a consultation in 24 to 48 hours. • Each and every submission is reviewed by our specialist orthodontists, and you are provided a professional opinion that could otherwise cost you hundreds. How To Apply Applying for an E-Consult couldn’t be easier - your application will be sent and submitted within minutes. • Step One - Visit Our Consultation Page • To apply for an E-Consult, visit the Consultation page on our website. You will be given the option of applying for the E-Consult or a Live Consultation. If you would prefer to have your consultation in person, you’ll be able to apply for this on the right-hand side of the page.

How To Apply (cont’d) • Step Two - Fill In the Application Form • First, we’ll need some basic information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. • Next, we’ll need you to upload a clear, full photo of your teeth in order to give you a comprehensive consultation. Don’t worry if all of your teeth aren’t visible - just try to capture your any problem areas! • Lastly, we’ll ask you to write a short explanation of why you’re asking for a consultation. The more we know about your problems, the better idea we can get on how to solve them. Let us know about any pain or discomfort you’ve been feeling, or if you simply want to feel more confident in your smile.

How To Apply (cont’d) • Step Three - Submit Your Application • Once your application has been completed, the only thing left to do is send it to us so that we can begin your consultation. • Make sure you check the reCAPTCHA box before clicking send to ensure that your application isn’t marked as spam.
