Monsieur DUVAL, votre responsable vous confie la gestion des stocks de café selon la méthode du CMUP EN FIN DE PERIODE. L’évaluation du stock se fait tous les 8 jours. D’après le document 1, complétez la fiche de stock du Café Grand Noir référence 876CDA.
