Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) • No changes to NOTAM processing, formatting or dissemination. • Document change Proposals (DCP) to NOTAM handbook kept to a minimum, but more will be forthcoming as system knowledge matures and capabilities better understood • All Local NOTAMs resident in single national database, available to all specialists. Pilots will also have access to local NOTAMs via web portal • New, single national NOTAM telephone number using ACD to route caller to correct Flight Data Position. Notifications & coordination to be done in concert with facility closure waterfall. • Tower light outage processing automated with FCC ASR listing of tower locations by name and/or Latitude/longitude
