  10. Rate Yourself: You consider diversity, unique knowledge, and skill in choosing team members. Establish a specific purpose, expectations, and goals for each team. Work with each team to develop procedures and reporting protocols. Support the ideas and actions that will help the team accomplish its goals. Contribute ideas for achieving team goals. Build commitment and confidence in individual team members and the team as a whole by providing feedback and encouragement. Provide professional development to build the skills that team members need to be more effective. Focus on the task as determined by the team’s goals. Share information and resources among team members. Establish ways to measure team and indivdiual progress. Share responsibility, recognition, and ownership of the team’s goals and results.
