During the recent ATLAS week, we discussed the need for a speaker for the muon system, with proposals including Giulio Aielli and Ed Moise. The OTP tables are nearly complete but still require input from CSC, DAQ, and Calibration teams. Some designated activities seem unreasonable, and we need to revise the MDT and DQA requirements as some participants have not engaged in these activities recently. Keeping qualification tasks updated is crucial for onboarding new members. The 2013 financial review shows a budget of 650 KCHF, with 605 KCHF spent.

ATLAS week • Need to find a speaker for the muon system • Proposal: GiulioAielli or Ed Moise • others???
OTP • OTP tables almost filled still missing: • CSC • DAQ • Calibration • Toroid field map calculation • There are some of the activities that are not really reasonable: • MDT requirement = 8 all filled (with many people that have not been in this activity since long time) • DQA requirement = 6 almost all filled (and we know that there is no people working on it) • I think that we should try to revise this activities within this week.
Qualification tasks • Each activity should keep up to date the list of qualification tasks • https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/viewauth/Atlas/QualificationList • This is one of the ONLY way to get new people in the game.
