36. Impacts on Recommendation Area Patrons • Students live in Auburn go to school in Auburn • Grandfathering and Waivers • Increases School Tax Rate from $4.59 to $5.32 • Approximately 73 cents per $1000 AV • Rate projected to decline to $4.72 by 2014
