Keeping our grid safe and secure is critical to PG&E and its customers, and we all have a role in thwarting hackers and others with bad intentions. Our team of highly specialized security and industry experts led by James Sample, our chief information security officer, is constantly monitoring national security intelligence for new threats, keeping a close eye on our systems and conducting ongoing tests to identify security gaps.  We have significantly increased our investment in cybersecurity over the last several years, and we coordinate more than ever with federal and state agencies. Customers should always call us if they have questions about cyberthreats, to report suspicious activity or for tips on how to protect their private information like PG&E account numbers and other identifiable information hackers want to get their hands on. Everyone plays a critical role in protecting our grid. Here's to a safe and secure tomorrow.
