  5. Summary • George and Harold hypnotize My. Krupp to become Captain Underpants whenever water is spilled on him, or he hears someone snap their fingers. • Dr. Diaper tries to take over the world by blowing up the moon. But Captain Underpants saves the day by slingshottingunderwear at Dr. Diaper so he couldn’t see. Then he hung him by the diaper to a lamppost next to the police station taping a piece of paper to him saying “arrest me”.
