  2. BACK GROUND ON BMM HEATERS BMM Heaters Limited was established by Sean Byrne and Kevin Murray-Myers. We both have a combined experience of thirty years within the Air Heater Manufacturing Industry. We have designed a new range of heater units to fit into existing duct systems or Air Handling Units. We are constantly looking to develop our products, which we manufacture to give our customers more efficient and quality products. We tailor make our Heater Units both Direct and Indirect Fired to suit the needs of our customers. We can flat pack our heater units so that they can fit through standard doorways and stairways. All of our engineers specialise in BMM Heaters Air Heaters and are trained to the highest standard on our equipment. BMM Heaters have exported to countries within the EU and outside the EU.

HEATER OPTIONS • BMM Heaters offer various options, some are listed below: • ON/OFF • HIGH/LOW • 2:1 MODULATING • 4:1 MODULATING • HIGHER TURNDOWNS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST • 4:1+ Turndown heaters are condensing heaters which have a seasonal efficiency of 100%+ Nett efficiency. • The 4:1 turndown drum and tube is standard Stainless steel and fitted with condensate drains. • The HM range are standard stainless steel throughout the range.

THE STANDARD BMG MODULE All units are supplied with a fully automatic start burner with sequence controls in accordance with CE approval and to the latest British Standards and Directives etc. When a unit is required to be installed within a larger cabinet, perhaps to accommodate a higher volume air supply, adjustable air balancing plates can be installed to correct the balance of air between the unit and the by-pass area of the cabinet. Units are available for horizontal, upwards or downwards discharge. The Standard finish is in galvanised mild steel but can be supplied in an oven baked epoxy paint finish if required. The BMG range consist of a package burner either Riello or Weishaupt package burner , which has been fully match test with the combustion heat exchanger. The BMG heat outputs range from 12kW to 952kW larger outputs can be provided on application.

  10. BALANCING PLATES Balancing plates are used to blank off the area around the module, these plate are designed so that excess air is by-pass to reduce the pressure drop across the heat module. We modulating air volumes are used, a volume control damper is installed above the heat exchanger – a 0-10 volts dc actuator is used as standard. As with the modulating air volumes the two stage air speeds, a volume control damper is used with a 240 volt actuator. Please note! The volume control dampers are to keep the minimum air volumes through the heater.

  13. COMPACT HM RANGE STACKED HMB HORIZONTAL CONFIGURATION All the HM range can be stacked to give larger heat outputs and high turndown capabilities. For example above four 95kW heaters giving a heat output of 380kW & a turndown of approximately 16:1 ratio.
