Study the leadership definitions and using the analysis matrix or other method that suits you, create a definition of leadership on which you all agree.  • Our Process to identify the definition of Leadership • Understanding provided statement of leadership • Individual Assessing & Standard Scoring (A) using 8 elements • Calculate Average of the Scoring (B) • Discussion about the definition of leadership from the adjusted outcome A & B plus (C) • If W-AVG>6, Standard Scoring=1, & W-AVG<6, Standard Scoring=0 • W-AVG=∑(Xi)/n • Discussion is based on this outcome (A+B+C) & Qualitative Analysis MBE 2010/11 TEAM A1
