  12. Student Government: The Executive Fellows Program The Executive Fellows program is one of immersion in the ASSU's Executive branch. It offers students the opportunity to engage with diverse University needs while employing and developing critical thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills. Fellows will work directly with Cabinet Chair and his or her team, as well as with other Fellows and Cabinet Chairs in an effort to preserve a unified effort within the Cabinet. There will be extensive interaction with Senate Associates and a focus on fostering Fellows' understanding of the ASSU as an organization which joins and involves both the Senate and the Executive.
