We are an independent family owned business, headed by two brothers who have been in the restaurant business for 40+ years, and their sons. The majority of our employees have been with us five plus years, and some have even been with us 10-15 years. We are "yes" people, and let's face it, you have to be in this business. Being a small family business, you deal with people who truly care about putting our customers first. We know how important you are to the success of our business and we do what ever we can to help out. Whether it be a special request on a catering order, or last-minute orders; we have you covered!

Being a small family business, you deal with people who truly care about putting our customers first. We know how important you are to the success of our business and we do what ever we can to help out. Whether it be a special request on a catering order, or last-minute orders; we have you covered! Rule #2 - Consistent, Quality Food We have a couple great chefs, both who have been with us for five plus years, who prepare the food for our catering orders and our walk in location daily. Over 80% of our products are homemade and prepared on site. Our beef and turkey are cooked on site, and sliced to order, and all of our soups and deli salads are made from scratch as needed.
