  2. Our school is in Shawlands in Scotland It is 116 years old. Here is our school… Our school

  3. Departments • Our school has 16 departments . • There are about 95 teachers in the school • Our head teacher is Mrs. Grant

  4. Pupils • Shawlands academy has 1250 pupils. • There are over 52 languages spoken. • Our uniform is a black skirt or trousers and a white shirt and our school tie also a black jumper.

  5. Science Labs • Shawlands academy has lots of science labs with Bunsen burners and lots of other science equipment. ICT • There are 7 ICT suites in shawlands academy with about 20 computers in each room.

  6. Extra Facilities!!! • At our school we have lots of extra facilities like: • A swimming pool • A games hall • Sports Pitches • A gym

  7. FuelZone!!! • At our school we buy our lunch from the fuel zone. • There is lots of choice at the fuel zone like: • Sandwiches, Panini's and baguettes • Curry • Burgers • Or the main meal which changes every day. • You also get a choice of side orders with your meal. You can have water or milk, soup and bread, some fruit, a yogurt and some salad.

  8. SocialArea!!! • The social area is where we go at break. • There is a tuck shop and lots of seats.
