  4. User Testing • Three User Tests: • User AL – Undergraduate Student. Age 21. Has Part Time Job. Conducted in NEU CCIS Lab. • User HDC – Phd Student. Age 30. Conducted in BU Computer Lab. • User KL – Graduate Student. Age 25. Conducted in CCIS Lab.
