Building Relationships Conducive to Coordination Take Time • S&DS and Lipa (now Trillium) began meeting several years ago to work through issues/problems/concerns • Key Management staff in both organizations were committed to working together • As a result, lines of communication were opened and each organization had a greater understanding of each of our roles
