  2. A significant test at the beginning was the disclosure of a sewer line found more remote north of the property line than it was structured. Finding another area with the necessary leeway caused a far-reaching influence, pushing the household water and fire lines into space for the temporary shelter structures entrance. The venture group worked with the Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power to move the meters and move the lines to progressively reasonable areas. They are intended as a temporary stay for people to help transition to a permanent place to live. The Sprung structures will also provide space for health counselors, substance abuse counselors, case managers, and outreach specialists.
