  1. Common Fertility Problems in Men and Women Every Couple has a strong desire of having a child in their family and fertility problems creates a great hurdle between the two and also applied for the whole family. Around 20% of cases have no particular reason that causing infertility. Most of the people who have no fertility problems will make their family complete before or within a year. If not, it’s time for you guys to consult your doctor who can refer you the best fertility centre or specialist, so that he/she can advise you how to get your baby. Ovulation Problem: If you are not regularly ovulating or not yet all ovulating then you never become pregnant, so time for meeting health care provider for opting a solution. They will make necessary tests and evaluate actual problem behind the irregular periods either it may be due to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a condition in which egg stops reaching the fallopian tubes. So, a woman gone through this condition will have specified treatments and weight loss diet to overcome PCOS conditions successfully and have a healthy baby in their family. But, if other than PCOS then their fertility specialists will use certain measures and make your body condition (ovulation) work properly. Maintaining fitness is always a good thing for healthy life. So, it is advised to have a proper diet and daily exercises suggested by your trainer.

  2. Because being overweight will stops you becoming pregnant. Sperm Problem: A person having low sperm count which is referred as Oligospermia, it’s easy to overcome this condition by losing weight or limiting the intake of alcohol which omits fertility problems. But, other than this condition will be a complex one and the concerned specialist will collect the best sperm sample directly from your testes and injected into the uterus of the woman who is supposed to get pregnancy. And she will be given a hormone injection to release eggs which have most of the chances of becoming fertilized. This is called to be IUI Treatment. If IUI treatment is failed due to the deficiency in getting healthy sperm from Semen, then another way is ICSI treatment (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) is an option, a lengthy and complex treatment in which the woman is given extensive hormone treatment to release a number of eggs for harvesting. If he has no sperm to fertilize, then the only option is to have a sperm donor.

  3. What is Endometriosis? There will be a tissue called Endometrium within the uterus, if you have endometriosis, then this tissue can start growing outside of the womb usually on ovaries or else on the lining of the stomach. The growth of this tissue can cause extreme pain during mensuration and have possible ways to treat but unable to handle the infertility problems that may cause. If Endometriosis condition obstructs fallopian tubes or ovaries then IVF treatments will be preferred at this time for conceiving.

  4. What is blockage of Fallopian Tubes? When fallopian tubes get blocked, egg stops traveling through it and couldn’t able to reach the safety of the womb. This may be due to Endometriosis or fibroids. As egg doesn’t reach the safety of the womb and sometimes there may have a chance of getting attached to the lining of fallopian tubes and at this stage, if it is fertilized there can be a scope of getting pregnant which is called to be an ectopic pregnancy. If just one tube is blocked then still you will have a chance of becoming pregnant at every second month. As you have one tube opened but it really makes you feel easy to go through a simple surgery for removing a part of the tube & restoring it for proper functioning but much-complicated one. So, IVF treatment is the best option for conceiving, in this method sperm and egg of the couple is taken, mixed together in a lab. Then a couple of fertilized eggs are transplanted back into the woman’s uterus, hence further bypassing the fallopian tubes altogether. Fibroids: Tumours occur in a uterus; a growth of this tumour doesn’t make any infertility but creates excessive bleeding during menstruation and also extreme pain during sex. So, as it grows into the womb which may cause miscarriage or completely avoid you becoming pregnant. So, this condition shouldn’t be ignored, can be resolved by the drugs or through some surgery.
