What you do is warm up for five minutes and then start jogging at a slow pace for three minutes. Then for one minute straight spring hard. That is one interval. Do four to six intervals for each work out and do three work outs every week. This is also great for increasing your speed and stamina.Don't stop being active during the day. Just because you have done your work out for the day does not mean you can go for a walk or do some kind of light exercise.

However do not get too crazy because you should lose up to 2 pounds a week. This is a safe bet and it is actually very easy.What is your problem? Why can't you just lose weight already? Stop falling back into the same old eating habits. Do you really want to know how to lose weight like crazy? Good! Then put down the bag of potato chips and listen to what I am going to say. Eat as much food as you normally eat. Only for now on space out your meals. Instead of bunching up the food you eat into two or three giant meals start eating about every three hours five to six times a day.Go at your own pace. Who are you trying to fool by drastically changing your eating habits? You do not want to shock your system by eating three pizzas one day and then salad the next. Go slow by cutting back on the junk food one meal at a time. If you go too fast you will end up falling back into the same eating habits. Would it kill you to be a little more active? It could be as something as light as walking. I do not know what kind of shape you are in but you need to be more active if you really want to see the pounds come off.
