We start with the employers • Good relationship with employers in the care sector. • Working together to place young people in the care sector. • We provide the training, employers provide the support within the work place. • Young people can see a natural progression from Level 1 courses to care management.

What we offer: • Training need analysis and skills audit for your work setting • A recruitment and vetting service • On site initial assessments for your staff • Flexible delivery models • Specialist staff who can deliver to mixed level groups • Flexible delivery models to start at a time that suits your business • Students looking for work experience and to progress into employment in Health and Social Care sector

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) - 3978 • 6 pathways for this award, 3 child pathways and 3 adults. • Children's Residential management, Children's management’ Children's Advance Practice, Adult's Residential management, Adult's management’, and Adult's Advance Practice

  15. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) 4978 • Additional mandatory unit added regarding a research project that the leaners must do • 5 pathways for this award, 2 child pathways and 3 adults. • Children's management’ Children's Advance Practice, Adult's Residential management, Adult's management’, and Adult's Advance Practice • Children's Residential management now a separate award

  16. Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and management (England) 4978 • An apprenticeship award but candidate cannot do this is they have a degree. • No Functional skills • No Technical certificate • Available for Adult care only not for child care managers

  17. Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care - 4222-34/84 • Not available as an apprenticeship scheme • A mixture of level 3 and level 5 units • One mandatory unit in the level 5 mandatory group • 15 optional units in the level 5 optional group • 15 optional units in the level 3 optional group
