Would be like in Future Would be like in the past • This book was set in the perfect time period because if this book was set in the past it wouldn’t have been able to happen like Leo wouldn’t have been able to probably find or repair Festus (His metal dragon he saved) and many other inventions him he made. Another reason would have been many of the cities and buildings they went to would be there. • And also this book wouldn’thave been able to fit in the future, because many of the gods and godasses wouldn’t be talked about because they are such ancient stories and legends that are soold that most people will not even know them. Also it wouldn’t fit in the future becasue many of the ancient artifacts they have to find will not even be around to find. Imagining Setting

Changed Event Main Events • One important event in the book was when three Cyclops tried to attack them and eat them. • Another was when they flew to the bay area and they landed in King Midas lawn and he tried to kill them. • Then finally when they got attacked on the top of Mount Diablo by a giant named Enceladus • If Piper would of died the first time they where fighting the three Cyclops then Leo, Jason, and Coach Hedge would have never gone to Mount Diablo and take the chance of dying for Piper’s dad because she was already dead and he probably would have been too.
