The main stages of the sustainable development concept formation: • 1970-s – creation of Rome Club, IIASA (Austria),Institute of system research (USSR), International Federation of Institutes for Advanced Studies; • 1972 - UN Conference on environment (Stockholm); • 1980 – Adoption of the World strategy of nature defense (WSND – UNO); • 1991 – The second edition of the strategy «Care for the Earth Planet – Strategy of Sustainable Life (UNO)»; • 1992–Ist UN Summit onSD (Rio de Janeiro); • 2002–IInd UN Summit onSD (Johannesburg).
