The 3 R’s of Respect At Summit, our goal is to create a safe , caring, and friendly environment where learning can occur. Adhering to the 3 R’s helps to accomplish that goal: Respect yourself Respect others Respect the environment
Respect For Yourself Be positive in class Be on time and be prepared Do all of your homework and projects Use your student planner every day Make sure all work you do is your own Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks Get lots of exercise
Respect For Others Treat others how you want to be treated Be respectful in and out of class time Use appropriate and respectful language Report bullying Help someone in need Resolve conflicts in a peaceful way Have positive interactions (no playfighting) – Handshakes and high fives Invite new friends to play with you
Respect For the Environment Clean up any garbage you see If you eat outside, make sure you find a garbage can Recycle Being kind to plants and trees in our forest Walk on the right side down the hall
