Client Services Management To be the IHS Source for Defining, Directing, & Managing HMMS Client Oversight and Assistance • CSM Services • Critical Problem Assessment & Resolution • On-Site Support and Resource Management • HMMS Site Status, Progress, & History database • HMMS capabilities Testing and Assessment • HMMS Related Systems Installation Management

Training To be the IHS Source for HMMS and Related Systems Training • Training Services • On-Site Formal User Application Training • HMMS User Training Conference Contracting, Coordination and Set-up, and Agenda Development • IHS Tech Support Test Development and Administration • IHS Technician Training, Certification, and Re-training • HMMS Training Course & Document Development and Maintenance

Functional Support To be the IHS Source for ON-SITE Functional Support for HMMS and related Environmental Domain systems • Functional Support Services • On-Site Business Process Assessment • On-Site Functional Training and System Set-up Support • On-Site Implementation and Process Direction & Support • On-Site Oversight of Related Systems Installation & Training • On-Site Re-evaluation, Re-focusing, and Re-training Support
