YOUR SKIN • Considered the largest organ in the human body. • Made up of three major layers - epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis (also called the subcutaneous tissue). • Protects your inside organs while keeping infections out and prevents you from getting sick. • Lose about 30,000 to 50,000 dead skin cells almost every minute

YOUR SKIN • Sheds a layer of these dead cells every 24 hours and renews itself about every 28 days. • Swells when it absorbs water. • Contains a protein called keratin which is also found in hair and nails • Is the thinnest on the eyelid. • Goose bumps are actually little pimples that help retain a layer of warm air over our body.

  15. All Purpose Scrub/Mask 1 tsp. Blue Cornmeal in a little warm water1 drop Young Living Lavender essential oil1 drop Young Living Ylang Ylang essential oil Mix all ingredients together and apply to face in gentle circular motions. Rinse well, pat dry.

Strawberry or Raspberry Body Rub 3-4 drops Lemon, Lavender or Rosewood 1 cup fine sea salt3 ripe strawberries or raspberries 1 tbsp. apricot or almond oil Pour salt into a bowl, add the essential oil and strawberries or raspberries and mash together. Rub a small handful of the salt mixture over your body in brisk yet gentle circular motions - spending extra time on knees, elbows and heels. Rinse off. No moisturizer needed.Note: can be stored in refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks - ready to use.
