General REPORTING aspects (page 16) • The Beneficiary and its partners shall implement the Action as per provisions of the grant contract and annexes. • The Beneficiaries are requested to provide to the JTS within 30 calendar days from the start of the implementation period: • a provisional schedule for the procurement within the Action; • a provisional schedule for the payment requests; • a table showing how the Action will contribute to the programme output and result indicators. The table will be filled in with the actual figures according to the approved project and logical framework matrix (output and results indicators); BSB Implementing Guidelines DRAFT v.5.4. 1rst Call.pdf
General REPORTING aspects • The Beneficiary must draw up narrative progress reports, interim reports and a final report. • These reports shall consist of a narrative section and a financial section and shall conform to the model in Annex VI of the grant contract. • The reports shall be drafted in English language. They shall be submitted to the JTS as follows: • a narrative progress report conforming to the model in Annex VI and covering every 4 months of the implementation period of the Action which shall be forwarded no later than one month after the above period has elapsed; • an interim report, consisting of a narrative and financial section conforming to the model in Annex VI (which have to accompany every request for payment) – for grants over 100.000 and up to 24 months.
General REPORTING aspects-Final Report • the final report, consisting of a narrative and financial section conforming to the model in Annex VI shall be forwarded no later than three months after the implementation period as defined in Article 2 of the Special Conditions.
