  2. CareCentric Inc. CareCentric provides information systems, services, and process improvement solutions to over 1,800 customers nationwide. CareCentric provides freestanding, hospital-based, and multi-office home health care providers (including certified, private duty, staffing, HME, IV therapy, and hospice) complete information solutions that address all aspects of home care operations, especially the improvement of clinical process, operational workflow, and financial management.

  3. MestaMed® The MestaMed® HME System is a major product line for CareCentric. It provides all of the functionality that Multi-discipline Home Medical Equipment and Supply Providers Need to fully automate the processes unique to their line of Business. It is completely integrated with and works in Conjunction with the MestaMed® Management System to Deliver a complete solution. MestaMed® HME is an Office-based Application that readily supports one or More locations and easily adapts to both centralized And/or decentralized operations.

  4. MestaMed® The MestaMed® Management System includes various modules that provide the front and back end functionality that is core to all lines of business. Modules Include: Master File Maintenance Intake and Patient Management Inventory Control Billing Claims & Collection Management Reporting Interfaces & Gateways

  5. MestaMed® History MCS developed the MestaMed® software solution in 1984 Mestamed® is written in Synergy and has a proprietary database. MCS was formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mestek, Inc. In 2000 MCS, the company that owned the MestaMed® product merged with CareCentric Inc. In this merger MestaMed joined forces with its major product competitor Dezine. Today CareCentric serves approx. 60% of the HME market place

  6. MestaMed® Business The CareCentric Operation has several product lines all serving the home health industry, of which MestaMed® is one of them. MestaMed® major development and customer support operation is located in Pittsburgh, PA. CareCentric has four other offices which support their other product lines.
