MARKET COMMUNICATION PLAN (Reminder) • Preliminary list of ESIIDs scheduled to be converted to SAP will be provided to Rep of Record(s) a week prior to Release 1 and Release 2 migration via email. • Please remember these lists will be a snap-shot in time. • A Final or more current list of ESIIDs scheduled to be converted to SAP will be provided to Rep of Record(s) on the day of Release 1 and Release 2 migration via email. • Stakeholders, which includes ERCOT and PUCT Staff, will be kept informed throughout the cutover and initial stabilization through Market Notices, Market Calls and where necessary, individual engagement.
