  19. Essentials of Testing Ethics Limits of Competence • The member must realize that different tests demand different levels of competence for administration, scoring and interpretation. The member must utilize only those instruments for which he or she is qualified.

  41. There are three foundation stones upon which ethical behavior in testing is built. #1 is • Treat your client (student) with respect and do no harm. Don’t lie, cheat, or steal….respect privacy…if you borrow something…return it….better than you got it.
