De Tierra’s official, four-legged ambassadors who are considered local celebrities in dog-friendly Carmel- by-the-Sea, and who can be found greeting visitors at the De Tierra Tasting Room at Mission Street and 5th Avenue. De Tierra will kick off this tail-wagging campaign by hosting four separate parties through October 2020, at its tasting room in downtown Carmel. At each event, individual charity partners can reap extra rewards. Wine and animal lovers will be able to sip and save by attending events during these months: Animal Friends Rescue Project will be having an adoption night from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15 at De Tierra The event includes complimentary nibbles, and all wine purchased during that night will benefit Animal Friends, which will receive double the rewards for every purchase. Peace of Mind Dog Rescue will hold its double-the rewards adoption night on Feb. 7, 2020, at De Tierra Tasting Room in Carmel.
